Physical Therapy Treatment in Lebanon, NJ

Get Back to Doing What You Love, Without Pain Slowing You Down

Whether you're dealing with an injury, chronic pain, or just want to move better, our physical therapy gets you real results. No insurance headaches, no 15-minute sessions, just focused, one-on-one care that actually works.

Why Traditional Physical Therapy Doesn't Work for Active People

Rushed Appointments Waste Your Time

You're one of six patients being juggled at once. Your therapist spends more time documenting for insurance than actually helping you get better.

Insurance Dictates Your Care

Treatment decisions are made by people who've never met you. You're stuck doing cookie-cutter exercises instead of a plan built for your goals.

Progress Stalls When You Need It Most

Just when you're starting to see results, insurance cuts you off. You're left without a clear path forward and wondering if you'll ever feel like yourself again.

I have been bringing my daughter to Holly for several years. She has helped my daughter through many difficult growth and dance situations. Holly is very knowledgeable, supportive and reliable. I highly recommend her. We always go to her first for any dance injury.

Dr.Holly is amazing! I can’t say enough about how much she has helped my daughter who is a dancer/ballerina. We have been to many physical therapists over the years and by far Dr. Holly has been the best. You can’t beat the one on one care and attention and we can see the progress.

I came in with a major knee injury and a sore muscle in my foot that affected the way i dance, and the way that i walked. Dr. Holly first got me out of pain, and then strengthened all of the muscles around it. The knee pain used to come back every few weeks, but it has not come back since i started. My foot always comes and goes, but since i started it has not hurt like it used to and it has got stronger which is important for ballet. I recommend

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our physical therapy services

Do you take insurance?

We don't bill insurance directly, which means you get better care without the limitations insurance companies impose. We provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, and many patients find they get some money back. More importantly, you get unlimited sessions for as long as you need them—no arbitrary cutoffs when you're making progress.

How long are appointments?

Every session is a full 60 minutes of one-on-one time with Holly. No assistants no juggling multiple patients—just focused treatment that moves you forward.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies based on your condition and goals, but most patients see significant improvement within 8-12 weeks. Unlike insurance-based PT that cuts you off prematurely, we work with you until you've actually reached your goals.

What should I wear to my first appointment?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows us to see and assess the area you're having issues with. Shorts and a t-shirt work well for most evaluations.

Can I come to PT if I don't have a prescription?

In New Jersey, you can receive physical therapy for 30 days without a prescription. If you need ongoing treatment after that, we'll help you coordinate with your doctor.

Still have questions?

Not sure if physical therapy is right for you? Let's talk about your situation and see if we're a good fit.

Ready to Move Without Limits?

Stop settling for pain and limited movement. Book your evaluation and find out what's really causing your issues—and how we can fix them.
