15-visit plan of care package = $189/session

This session includes an intense screening process aimed to point out weaknesses and compensations in technique that could ultimately lead to injury. Following this initial session, follow ups include dance specific exercises, technique training, and drills that focus on the dancer’s weakest areas ie turns, jumps, turnout, etc.
