About Elevation Physical Therapy in Lebanon, NJ
Performance Focused Care Built for People Who Move
We help active adults, teen athletes, and dancers get back to training and life with confidence. Our approach combines hands-on manual therapy with expert coaching so you can move better, train smarter, and prevent setbacks before they happen.

Meet the Team
Our team brings advanced certifications in manual therapy, specialized training in dance physical therapy, and a performance-first mindset to every session. We hold certifications in Certified Manual Neuromuscular Therapy (CMNT) and Certified Manual Trigger Point Therapy (CMTPT), and we work with everyone from pre-professional dancers to local active adults who want to keep moving well. We also offer injury prevention workshops and return-to-sport training for athletes and studios looking for proactive support.

Holly trained in ballet for 16 years, performing with companies including Roxey Ballet and Ballet Austin before retiring at 19. After navigating her own dance injuries through traditional PT, she saw a gap in care for dancers and athletes.
She founded Elevation Physical Therapy to provide the individualized, performance-focused support she wished she'd had helping active people recover, prevent injury, and move with confidence.

Julia graduated from Elon University in 2024 with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. A former competitive dancer with 10 years of experience, she's passionate about dance medicine and helping dancers understand how their bodies move.
Her clinical background spans pediatrics to post-surgical care. Outside the clinic, Julia loves crafting, reading, and the performing arts, she's attended 35 concerts and 13 Broadway shows in the past decade.

Doctor of Physical Therapy, PT, DPT, CMNT, grew up in Bucks County playing lacrosse and learned the value of PT through his own injury recovery.
He specializes in orthopedic, vestibular, and sports rehabilitation, blending expert care with a personal approach and plenty of dad jokes. Outside the clinic, Mac enjoys time with his wife, two daughters, and their dogs.

Hannah Perfetti graduated from Muhlenberg College with a degree in Media & Communication and Dance. A former patient of Holly's and Hunterdon County native, she now serves as Elevation PT's Marketing Specialist.
After navigating her own dance injuries, Hannah is passionate about injury prevention and community outreach. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog, staying active, and annual Cape May trips.

Dana Taylor has danced her entire life, which led her to earn a degree in Exercise Science from Towson University in 2014. She previously worked alongside Holly running a successful PT clinic, building deep expertise in administration and patient relations.
Now reunited at Elevation Physical Therapy, Dana brings years of operational experience to support the team. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her dog, cats, and chickens.
Why Elevation Exists
Most people don't need more exercises. They need someone who takes the time to figure out what's actually going on and builds a plan that makes sense for their goals. Whether you're working through hip pain, an athlete returning to sport, or an active adult who just wants to stay consistent with training, you deserve more than rushed appointments and generic protocols. That's why we built Elevation Physical Therapy around a different model: longer sessions, individualized care, and direct access to your therapist.
How We Help You Get Back to What Matters
We focus on performance, not just pain relief. That means understanding how you move, what you're training for, and what's keeping you from getting there. Here's what makes our care different.
1:1 Care with 60-minute Sessions
Every session is one-on-one with your therapist. No rotating through multiple patients or rushing through exercises in a crowded clinic.
Hands-on Manual Therapy
We use certified manual therapy techniques to address mobility, pain, and movement restrictions so you can progress faster.
Injury Prevention and Performance Support
We don't just help you recover. We teach you how to stay healthy, load progressively, and recognize early warning signs.
Direct Communication Between Visits
Questions come up outside of sessions. You can reach your therapist directly with multiple communication options, and we respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
