Dr. Holly Navarro PT, DPT, CMNT, CMTPT - Owner and Founder of Elevation PT
Holly began dancing at the age of 3 and spent 16 years training and performing in ballet.
She danced throughout the Lehigh Valley, PA, and Central NJ, including with the Roxey Ballet Company,
and ultimately with Ballet Austin in Texas before retiring at age 19.
Her background spans a wide range of styles, including classical, contemporary, tribal, modern, tap, and jazz.
After years of personal experience with dance-related injuries (and many trips to physical therapy),
Holly realized the unique needs of dancers were often misunderstood in traditional PT settings.
That realization fueled her passion for becoming a physical therapist herself—with a mission to bridge that gap.
Holly founded Elevation Physical Therapy to create the kind of care she wished she had as a dancer.
She provides one-on-one, personalized sessions focused on injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimization.
She’s committed to helping dancers and athletes feel seen, understood, and fully supported through care that meets the demands of their movement.
Dr. Julia Coenen, PT, DPT
Hi! My name is Julia Coenen!
I grew up in Florida and graduated from Elon University in 2024 with my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
My clinical experience ranges from working with 4-month-old infants to post-surgical patients in Italy.
I danced competitively for 10 years and have wanted to work in dance medicine since high school.
I love helping dancers of all ages understand how the body works and understand the science alongside their movement.
My favorite style has always been tap, but I enjoy musical theatre and jazz as well.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy crafting, reading, writing, and anything performing arts related.
I’ve been to 35 concerts in the past 10 years and 13 Broadway musicals!

Growing up in Bucks County, Mac played lacrosse through college and experienced firsthand how physical therapy helped him overcome injuries.
Today, he specializes in orthopedic, vestibular, and sports rehabilitation and injury prevention,
blending expert knowledge with a personal approach (and plenty of dad jokes) to make the recovery process more enjoyable.
Outside of the clinic, Mac enjoys spending time with his wife, two young daughters, and their dogs.
Hannah Perfetti
Hannah Perfetti is a recent graduate of Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Media & Communication and Dance.

Hannah will now be working at Elevation Physical Therapy as the Marketing Specialist.
She is excited to support Holly in continuing to provide excellent, individualized physical therapy care by enhancing marketing initiatives and outreach to the local community.
Especially after experiencing her own injuries related to dance, Hannah is passionate about injury prevention and building healthy practices for daily life.
In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending quality time with friends and family (including her dog), staying active, and annual trips to Cape May.
Dana Taylor - Director of Strategic
Operations & Administration
Dana Taylor spent her entire life dancing.
From 3 years old until graduating college, it has always been a passion of hers.
Her love for dance and movement is what lead her to graduate from Towson University in 2014 with a degree in Exercise Science. Unsure what to do next, she was lucky enough to be nudged by an old dance teacher to seek out employment with Holly.
After that, Dana spent years working with Holly.
Through that time the two of them worked seamlessly and were able to grow and run an incredibly successful clinic. Dana was, of course, eventually sad to see her friend leave their old job but never stopped cheering her on to pursue her dreams and build Elevation Physical Therapy.
Now, years later, the dynamic duo is finally back together!
Dana is more than excited to bring her expertise to the table that she has grown over the years on the administrative and patient relation side of Physical Therapy to aid Holly in running an incredible and successful business once again.
In her free time, Dana loves to hike or just be outside, read, spend time with her animals (currently consisting of a dog, cats, and chickens), piña coladas and getting caught in the rain.
